RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage (RCB) was established in 1999 as the first
“all Commercial” office in the RE/MAX International network of offices.
The official opening was in January 2000 in a well-designed 5,200 sf.
office suite in West Los Angeles. The office had a Manager and four
Commercial Sales Associates.
In February 2004, RCB moved to a Class “A,” high-rise office building
located at 12100 Wilshire Boulevard in Brentwood. The entire 19,000+
square feet of the 17th Floor is home and headquarters of this dynamic
organization. The tastefully appointed space features large, professionally
designed private offices for Sales Associates and their Assistants.
The expansive ocean, mountain and city views further enhance the professional
environment. The atmosphere is that of a financial services company.
RCB serves the Greater Los Angeles market with 140 Commercial Sales Associates
(100+ in the two RCB offices – Brentwood and Woodland Hills – and 40+ in the
RE/MAX All Cities Investment Division) in the Greater Los Angeles market.

In February 2004, RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage established a business group called Major Asset Services,

brokerage firms in Los Angeles County. RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage has become the fastest growing
